House Damage - Hit By Truck

Hello All,

If you know anything about the event below please contact Dr. Brown via his e-mail account.  Thank you.

Keith,

Good evening. Someone ran into the side of our house this morning. I inspected the damage when I got home this evening. The person that hit it did not stop; however, a gentleman in a pickup truck stopped and yelled to Carly that she should check the side of the house, that someone had "almost" hit the house. As it turns out they did hit the house and damaged it.

Do you have access to emails for the other two neighborhoods adjacent to us? If so please send out a request to the person in the pickup truck to stop by or give me a call. Also ask the person that hit the house to contact us. It is possible that they did not see that they actually damaged the house and just drove off rather than stop and tell us. I believe Carly saw the car but in the rain she was unable to get the license plate. We are hoping that the person in the pick up wrote down the plate number.

There is a fox in the community.  Please do not feed this animal and remember that it is wild.  It is 20 to 25 pounds.  It is a big fox.  It may harm small pets and or small children.  Make sure to make lots of noise so the fox will stay away from where you are.  If the fox becomes a problem contact one of the HOA members or Animal Control directly.
