Dear Homeowner:
You are invited to the Ridge Forest Glen Homeowners Association (HOA) 2008 autumn meeting. To be held at the Harman Elementary School located 7660 Ridge Chapel Road, Hanover, Maryland abutting the Maco Drive/Maco Circle homeowners. The meeting will begin at 7:00pm and end at 9:00pm.
Please find two documents enclosed: meeting agenda and a Ridge Forest Glen Homeowners Association proxy voting ballot. The agenda outlines topics of interest presented to the HOA board and the proxy ballot details a proposed amendment to the current schedule for payment of dues. If you are unable to attend the meeting please complete the proxy ballot and return to Laura Brown at the labeled address.
The Ridge Forest Glen HOA board looks forward to your presence and participation at the meeting as we make plans for our community.
