· Residents who cannot attend the meeting may nominate a person for the vacancy on the HOA Board by submitting a written nomination to Laura Brown at 1728 Maco Drive, Hanover MD 20176 by July 21,2008.
· Residents who cannot attend the meeting and want to vote may do so by proxy. Please submit the enclosed proxy vote to Laura Brown at address listed above. The proxy vote must be received no later than July 21,2008.
